and challenging form of vinyasa asana practice. Exploration qnd exerimentation with advanced asana including inversions.

Prenatal Yoga
Focus on
proper poses for each trimester helping keeping you and your baby healthy and connected.
Concentration on poses and breathing for labour and post-partum months.
Meditation
Beginning
is guided followed by a 30 minute silent meditation. All welcome.
