Intermediate Class
Intermediate poses flowing together with breath and deep concentration.  Not recommended for beginners.

 

Foundational Yoga

Focus on fundamentals of each asana.  Ideal for beginners or students who wish to establish a strong foundation in their asana practice.

  

All Levels

A class open to students of all levels. Focus on alignment and breath work with modifications and experimentation.

   

Yoga Flow 

Vigorous and challenging form of vinyasa asana practice.  Exploration qnd exerimentation with advanced asana including inversions. 

Not recommended for beginners.

 

Prenatal Yoga

Focus on proper poses for each trimester helping keeping you and your baby healthy and connected.  Concentration on poses and breathing for labour and post-partum months.

 

Meditation

Beginning is guided followed by a 30 minute silent meditation.  All welcome.
